He is a director, screenwriter and producer. At 18 he founded the Frame by frame together with three other young members. He deals with graphics, animation and digital visual effects. In 2000 he began working as a director for MTV, later with the new-born satellite TVs with a “cinema” theme. In 2002 he began to shoot experimental short films and the first advertising films. In 2004 he was the exclusive director of the Colorado film by Gabriele Salvatores and other members for two years. In 2008 for Rai he directed “La linea d’ombra” eight one-hour episodes of docu-fiction on the most famous serial killer in the world. In the advertising world he works in Italy and abroad and to date has directed over 150 “commercials” for various customers and categories, such as: Carlsberg, Bayer, HSBC, Banca Intesa, Nissan, Chrysler, Disney, Fox, Fiat – Lancia, McDonald’s, Kinder – Ferrero, Poste Italiane, Danone, Sony Playstation etc. During 2009, for Sky, he directed some promotional spots with famous stars such as Carlo Verdone, Rosario Fiorello and Lucio Dalla. In March 2010, his first feature film, “Tutto l’Amore del Mondo” was released by Medusa. In 2013 he directed “Ombrelloni” TV and web series for Rai Fiction. In 2019 he is director for Rai Fiction of the series “Passeggeri Notturni” taken from the tales of Gianrico Carofiglio.
