Felice Casucci

Professor and Councilor for Tourism

Felice Casucci is full professor of Comparative Private Law at the University of Sannio (Bn), where he teaches “European and Comparative Customs Law”. He was Director of the “Person, Market and Institutions” Department at the same University. He is Director of the Scientific Journals “Yearbook of Comparative Law and Legislative Studies” and “The Law of Agriculture” (ESI Naples). He is President of the Campania Section of the Italian Society for Research in Comparative Law. He is Director of the editorial series of “Law and Literature” (ESI Naples), a subject he was the first to teach in Italy, and Member of the Scientific Committee of the “Quaderni di Legge delle Arti e dello Spettacolo”. It deals with cultural and social volunteering. He is the author of about one hundred scientific and literary publications.
